THE GUIDON - BROADCAST NEWS CORRESPONDENT

As a Broadcast News Correspondent, I am being trained to be conversational storytellers with multimedia literacy through writing scripts, editing audio-visual outputs, interviewing key figures in society, and reporting on relevant events within and beyond Loyola.

As a Corporate Relations Deputy, I help create and maintain ASEC's relationships with companies, orgs, and other external partners, while growing my skills in contacting and negotiating for sponsorships and partnerships for ASEC's project throughout the year.

As a Disc Jockey, I am mainly in charge of conducting and delivering the shows, using my strengths in speaking eloquently and charismatically, to follow the indicated program flow.

As an Events Member, I help in conceptualizing and creating the events line-up of ACOMM. I also have the opportunity to spearhead and manage these events by working closely with other members.

As a Stage Manager, I take note of all the necessary information in rehearsals, while working closely with the cast regarding attendance, scheduling and other concerns. I also help ensure a smooth and undisturbed flow during rehearsals.

As a Commission on Organizational Strategies for Mental Health Officer, I assess and respond to the needs of the Council's constituents, and manage council wide efforts initiated by the Office of the President.
As a Host, I get an opportunity to lead a radio show named "Kwentuhang MVP" on Radyo Katipunan.

April 2020 - May 2021

As the Co-President, I scheduled and oversaw the process of execution of the different advocacies and corresponding timelines on when we are to make a post on it through the use of timetables and Gantt charts.
As the Head of Press, I mentored 14 students on how to produce informative yet engaging videos on the advocacies of the club. With this I also organized a division of tasks per week between the other committee members.

September 2020 - May 2021

As the Humanities & Social Sciences Representative, I addressed the concerns of the other HUMSS Students, endorsed their ideas to the Student Council as well as collaborated with the council on planning events for both students and teachers to ensure that the school spirit was still strong despite the online setting during the pandemic.

April 2018 - April 2019

As the Chairman of Publicity, I conceptualized and spearheaded the launch of a marketing plan that aimed to help kindle a school spirit within the student body and advertise the different programs offered. In addition, I was also in-charge of the official school Facebook and Instagram page. This includes overseeing and moderating the posts, as well as create social media content that sparks interest within the students.

April 2018 - April 2019

As the Vice-President, I handled the administrative side of work such as keeping track of the schedules during competition season and ensuring that costumes and props are well ready before a targeted date.
