Hiraya Pilipina is a Filipino owned brand that aims to motivate and inspire other women to be empowered, empower others and bravely own their own identity. These sentiments are translated in their multiple collections of tees, totes and abaca masks all made sustainably in the Philippines. On top of that, it is an inclusive brand that has sizes running from XS to 3XL, with the names of each size in different dialects of the country that contributes to the theme of empowerment. They also have another arm called Hiraya Studios, wherein the collaborate with creators and artists as a platform to further raise awareness for their own personal causes that are aligned with the brands advocacies. Other than Angel Veridiano, some other personalities they have collaborated with are Alliana Dollina, Missy Gacutina and Chanelle Ong.

This brand and its advocacies were the brainchild of Cleo Loque better known as Your Sunshine, Cleo on YouTube and TikTok. She is also the creator behind the podcast Kwentuhang Pilipina all while being a freshman student at Enderun Colleges taking up Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship on an academic scholarship.

Despite juggling multiple responsibilities, Hiraya Pilipina is only growing more and more, especially as they incorporate pop culture references into their items. For instance, their Taylor Swift collection has many “Swifties” clicking on the checkout button, creating more buzz for the brand.
